Our Process
Roof Inspection
It's important to start every cleaning with a thourough roof inspection for several reasons. First, if there are holes, slipped tiles, cracked tiles, missing shingles, exposed nails, torn pipe boots, damaged chimney flashing, or other exposures, putting chlorinated chemical water on or down these things will only make it worse.
Second, we want to make sure a roof wash is worth your investment. If a roof has a ton of repairs needed, or is simply too far gone, it's better that you save your money for the repairs needed or not waste money washing a roof that simply needs to be replaced. We're happy to refer a good company but we do not replace roofs.

Preparation
After the inspection and any repairs are done, we prep by making a safety plan, pre-wetting or covering any vegetation that may be at risk, and bagging all gutter downspouts to avoid any chemical runoff into your grass or plants.

The wash!
Now the magic happens, we slowly coat the roof (ideally from the gutter line so the overspray isn't going toward the plants or grass). As we coat the roof within minutes all the years of algae, mold, moss, and midlew begin to melt away leaving the roof looking like it's original color once again.
